Shipping destinations

HD Toys serves customers in Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Turkey, India and Singapore, subject to product availability and the delivery options shown at checkout. Availability can vary by product and address. If your destination does not appear at checkout or no shipping option is offered, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges

We offer free standard shipping on eligible toys to the destinations listed above when Free Standard Shipping is available at checkout. The delivery cost for these items is included in the product price. Other products, mixed orders or optional delivery methods may have different shipping charges; any charges will be displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping does not include import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees unless expressly shown as included.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders may ship directly from our fulfillment partners, including warehouses outside your country. Processing time before dispatch is separate from transit time. Please refer to the estimate provided for your product and selected shipping method. If no estimate is shown, email us before placing your order for the current estimate to your destination.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weekends, public holidays and busy periods can affect arrival times. Ordering a seasonal toy does not guarantee arrival before Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year or another event. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Tracking and separate parcels

When tracking is available, we will send the details to the email address provided with your order after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Customs and import charges

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees. Any amounts collected at checkout will be shown there. Additional amounts not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or destination authorities. Please contact us if you need clarification before ordering.

Delivery details and order problems

Please check your delivery address and email address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Include photos of damaged or incorrect items and packaging where possible so we can investigate and help resolve it.

Returns and contact

Please contact us for return instructions before mailing an item back. We will provide the appropriate return address directly when arranging a return. The address on a parcel is not necessarily the correct return address. We handle support by email at info@squishyuniversestore.com or through our contact page.
